AES Indiana ACE Project and Billing Issues meeting

The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission is holding a meeting with Indianapolis Power and Light (now AES Indiana) regarding the AES Customer Ecosystem Project and issues customers have experienced since its launch in 2023.

AES Indiana will provide a briefing to the Commission and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor regarding the issues experienced with the ACE project, the estimated timeline for addressing outstanding issues, and how AES Indiana has sought to resolve issues customers have experienced with the new systems.
