The council approved a resolution to apply for an EPA Community Change grant of up to $20 million for the restoration of the McGregor Library, which is currently closed. They also approved a resolution to start the 12 months monitoring usage data from its new water meters.

VIII. FIRE DEPARTMENT: Resolution to receive the Michigan Dept of Labor Grant for $83,280 for fire gear was APPROVED
IX. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: a. Resolution to sell (3) vacant residential lots at 42, (1), 42 (2) and 44 Beresford to DMC Property Management LLC was APPROVED
