Council Member Andrea Jenkins introduced a notice to reconsider the recently passed rideshare driver pay ordinance going into effect on May 1.

• The item will allow for further discussion at a future full council meeting, with the soonest being April 11.

Received Jacob Frey’s nomination of Timothy Sexton, who currently serves as the Assistant Commissioner for Sustainability, Planning and Program Management at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, to serve as the city’s new Public Works Director. The committee referred the nomination to the Climate and Infrastructure Committee for setting a public hearing.
