In order to participate during the public comment portion of the upcoming Board meeting, an individual must register with the Assistant Secretary of the Board by sending an e-mail message to boardassistantsecretary@middlesexcc.edu no later than 8:30 a.m. on the calendar day prior to the Board meeting.

Only those individuals who register at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting with the Assistant Secretary of the Board will be called upon to address the Board. Please be sure your name appears on Zoom and matches the name you used to register to speak. A College staff member will announce the name of each individuals who registered to address the Board in the order in which they registered and will unmute the registered individual. Each individual will have three minutes to speak. A College staff member will announce when 30 seconds of an individual’s time is remaining and again when the three minutes are up.
